2015 RAGS Gallery

In the RAGS Gala event, designs titles “Framed and Dangerous” and “On the Road Again” created by Associate Professor Marian O’Rourke-Kaplan, “Orange Crush“ created by Association Professor/Program Coordinator Janie Stidham, and “Eco-Pop” and “Lines of Distinction” created by Associate Professor Li-Fen Anny Chang were juried and selected for the exhibit. An announcement to all designers/artists by Kathy Dorr, Artist Committee, YWCA RAGS Guild, on March 12th:
Tonight’s RAGS Gala was a huge success, in no small part due to the wearable art in the Gallery space. Since you were unable to attend I wanted to let you know the winners of the awards. The competition was very close this year due to the superior quality of the entries. Even with a silent jury process, it came down to tenths of a point. So be very proud of your entries. The awards went to the following:
